Held executive positions in the Swedish companies Din Del, Telia, Infomedia and LOCAL Touch Inc. (USA) CEO at Eniro, one of Europe''s leading directories companies with operations in 20 countries. Currently boardmember of Paynova AB (publ), EcoEnergy and G-Life AB. Moreover the deputy chairman of Central Asia Gold (publ) and Golden Pages Ltd (Israel) and board member of Loxystem AB.

More than 30 years of experience in politics and the energy sector. Has, as both Minister of the Interior and Minister of Energy, had a significant influence in the Swedish Government in his political career. Previous Member of the Board in Sydkraft and Chairman of the Board in Vattenfall. Currently advisor to the Board in Concordia Bus and Chairman of the Board in Nordisk Etanolproduktion AB.

More than 25 years of experience in the financial sector, with various positions within the wealth management operations of Svenska Handelsbanken, in both Sweden and Luxembourg. 16 years of experience in wealth management at HQ and former partner at HQ Bank, involved in establishing the private banking offer until 2007. Currently board member of the listed company Malka Oil AB as well as a number of private companies such as Bringiton AB, EcoEnergy, Visualeyez AB, Brazil Development AB, Centum AB and G-life AB. Previous assignments include C2SAT Holding and Monetar Pensionsförvaltning AB.

More than 25 years of experience from the financial sector, including financial and technical consultation. Been involved in Venture Management in over 20 companies as CEO of Wowern Gruppen. Great knowledge in the field of Venture Management, especially in combination with environmentally friendly technology. Current board positions include Centum Gruppen, Electris Asset Management Ltd., Wowern Gruppen and Adamo Europé S.L.

Has with an engineer background been active in the construction, production and safety sectors for over 30 years. Executive positions such as CEO of Componenta AB, BPA AB, HiDEF Kapital AB and CEO of Gunnebo AB. Developed companies to market leaders. Member of the Royal Academy of Engineering Sciences.
