How to get started
The recruitment process normally starts when you apply for a specific job through the Careers section at www.ecoenergy.se or register your personal profile. You can also register to be notified about new openings – we call that our Job Subscription Service.

 

Before you apply for a job, you should have a look around our website. This will let you learn about who we are, the services we provide and our ways of working.

 

What happens next
When you and the other candidates have sent in your applications, our managers will make their initial selections. The candidates who best match the criteria for the position will move on to the next step in the process – the interview.

 

A manager and/or a recruiter will contact the selected candidates for a short interview over the phone or in person to decide if they match our requirements. For you, this interview is an opportunity to learn more about what working here is like.

 

The time required for the selection and interview stages will depend on the number of applicants.

 

Not all candidates will speak to a manager or recruiter. Much of the communication will be done via e-mail. You will be contacted in person only if you are being considered for a position.
