EcoEnergy invests for the long term in WtE and biofuel based CHP facilities. In order to achieve our targets, financial and operational, we have developed a thorough business process, by which we can screen and develop the opportunities and thus select only the ones that will support our objectives.

The process starts with the origination and screening of investment opportunities and "ends" with the ownership and operation of facilities for the long term, generating stable and foreseeable cash flows to our investors.

The second phase in the objective to invest in, own and operate facilities consists of the commercial development of the investment opportunities. This is a complex process, consisting of several components:

Long Term Sale and Purchase Agreements
The facilities offer several products and services and the clients are different depending on the technology.

• WtE: The key offering is the treatment of waste, which results in the recovery of the inherent energy, converted into energy
• Biofuel based CHP: The demand profile for these facilities is green energy. By using biofuel as fuel for the generation of energy, the facilities provide the clients with competitive green energy

The comprehensive agreements are:

• Electricity/Power Purchase Agreement
• Heat/Steam Purchase Agreements
• Waste Treatment Agreement; and/or
• Fuel Supply Agreement

Engineering, Procurement and Construction Agreement
To deliver the products and services to the clients, EcoEnergy will, on behalf of the project, request a proposal for a turnkey delivery of a facility. The specifications for this facility will be dictated by the local conditions of the fuel and the demand profile of the resulting products and services.

As a general note, EcoEnergy will select opportunities where a modular and scalable solution is achievable, fulfilling the company's objective to effectively repeat business successes in new opportunities.

Operation and Maintenance Agreement
Albeit creating an own organization for operation of the facilities EcoEnergy will also ensure the optimal operation and maintenance thereof through contracting reputable firms to enhance the achievements of the company's objectives.

Permits
The development and particularly the construction and operation of WtE and biofuel based facilities require abiding by severe rules and regulations, of which environmental ones are of great importance. EcoEnergy will conduct this process with great dedication and the facilities will always meet the most stringent environmental rules and regulations.

In addition to the above, the projects will require the signing of interconnection agreements to utilities for the effective delivery of the products and services. Close cooperation with clients, the civil society and authorities to this purpose is an integral part of EcoEnergy's business philosophy.
