 Lars Guldstrand, Chairman of the board
Mr. Guldstrand has more than 25 years of executive positions and international investing experience from the telecom, media and technology sector.
Mr. Guldstrand has also taken part in turnarounds, restructurings and M&A activities within a number of other sectors including the financial sector and the Internet sector.
During his career, Mr. Guldstrand has held executive positions in a number of privately held and publicly listed companies in both europe and the US, including the Swedish company Din Del, Telia Infomedia and LOCAL Touch Inc. (USA).
In addition to this, Mr Guldstrand was the CEO of one of Europe's leading directories companies, the publicly listed Eniro with operations in 20 countries. Mr. Guldstrand's prior assignments include: Chairman of the Board, Monetar Pensionsförvaltning AB, Executive chairman for Macquaire Private Equity Media assets in Scandinavia through European Directories SA (Lux), member of the Board, British Telecom Directories. Mr Guldstrand is currently Boardmember of Paynova AB (publ), EcoEnergy and G-Life AB. Moreover the deputy chairman of Central Asia Gold (publ) and Golden Pages Ltd (Israel) and board member of Loxystem AB.
Mr. Guldstrand holds an MBA from California Coast University, California.

 Jörgen Andersson, Vice chairman of the board
Mr. Andersson has more than 30 years of experience in politics and the energy sector. During his political career he has had a significant influence as both Minister of the Interior and Minister of Energy in the Swedish Government.
Thru his previous positions in large Swedish energy companies such as Member of the Board in Sydkraft and Chairman of the Board in Vattenfall, Mr. Andersson possesses a wealth of experience in the energy sector. In all of his positions in the energy sector, the common denominator has always been innovation, development and action.
Current positions include: Advisor to the Board in Concordia Bus and Chairman of the Board in Nordisk Ethanolproduktion AB.

 Karl-Magnus Karlsson, Boardmember
Mr. Karlsson has been an executive, investor and entrepreneur within the technology and media sector for more than 20 years with assignments such as CEO and Chairman of the Board.
Mr. Karlsson was the key entrepreneur behind Karlsson-Delrey Communications Inc., NewsMakers Information Services Inc. and Scoop, Inc.
Mr. Karlsson was a co-founder of the UK based European Technology Network, Ltd., an investor and active board member of the listed, Swedish-based Optosof AB, a director of Ullmangruppen AB, as well as Chairman of the listed holding company InfiniCom AB. Other previous positions include Chairman of the UK-based 24STORE.com Ltd. and various executive positions at McCann-Ericsson Worldwide.
Mr. Karlsson is currently a board member of Abbyy Corporation (Moscow), China Internet Ventures Ltd, (Shanghai), Loxystem AB and EcoEnergy.
Mr. Karlsson holds an MBA from the American Graduate School of International Management, Glendale Arizona and a BA in communications from California State University, Fullerton California.

 Peter Lindh, Boardmember
Mr. Lindh has more than 25 years of experience from the financial sector. During his career he has held various positions within the wealth management operations of Svenska Handelsbanken in both Sweden and Luxembourg.
He has 16 years of experience in wealth management at HQ Bank (previously Hagströmer & Qviberg Fondkommission). Until 2007 Mr. Lindh was a partner of HQ Bank where he was involved in establishing the private banking offer.
Mr Lindh is a board member of the listed company Malka Oil AB as well as a number of private companies such as Bringiton AB, EcoEnergy, Visualeyez AB, Brazil Development AB, Centum AB and G-life AB. Previous assignments include C2SAT Holding and Monetar Pensionsförvaltning AB.

 Per von Wowern, Boardmember
Mr. von Wowern has more than 25 years of experience from the financial sector, including financial and technical consultation. As a CEO of Wowern Gruppen, he has been involved in Venture Management in over 20 companies.
He possesses a great knowledge in the field of Venture Management, especially in combination with environmentally friendly technology.
Current board positions include Centum Gruppen, Electris Asset Management Ltd., Wowern Gruppen and Adamo Europé S.L.
Mr. von Wowern has an M.Sc from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm and an MBA from the University of Stockholm. He has also researched Venture Capitalism and worked as an Assistant Professor for several years.

 Bjarne Holmqvist, Boardmember
Mr. Holmqvist has with his background as an engineer been active in the construction, production and safety sectors for over 30 years. With executive positions such as CEO of Componenta AB, BPA AB, HiDEF Kapital AB and CEO of Gunnebo AB.
Mr. Holmqvist has developed companies to market leaders. He is a member of the Royal Academy of Engineering Sciences. He is also a boardmember of the West Sweden Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the German-Swedish Chamber of Commerce and Chairman of the Board in the Foundation Chalmers Industriteknik.
Mr. Holmqvist has an M.Sc in mechanical engineering from Chalmers University of Technology.
