 Göran Svensson, CEO
Mr. Svensson has 20 years of experience in the waste management business, including sales, business development and leadership. During his career he also has several years of experience from the advertisement and media sectors.
As a CEO of Ragn-Sells Miljökonsult he operated its four divisions: environmental management, environmental permits, environmental and technical studies and energy and process technology. During his time as CEO the company became a recognized as an industry leader in its space. He was also for a period member of overall group management of Ragn-Sells AB.

 Magnus Persson, CFO
Magnus Persson previously he has served as Executive Vice President of Digital Vision, listed on the Stockholm stock exchange and a leading developer of advanced digital media applications specializing in film and video solutions. Prior to Digital Vision, Magnus was CFO of Popwire Technology AB, co-owned by Swedish financial giant Investor and telecommunications equipment manufacturer Ericsson.
Magnus has also held senior management positions at Sendit and AT&T as well as at numerous successful start-ups. Magnus has been advisor in several M&A transactions and is engaged as Director in a handful of Boards.

 Leif Kiessling, CTO
Mr. Kiessling is a senior expert specialized in material science and engineering with over 30 years of experience from different projects in the industry. His main focus is "trouble shooting" and risk analysis as well as status assessment of energy facilities and their key components.
Mr. Kiessling has published several articles at international conferences with topics related to operational interruptions and corrosion problems in the paper and pulp industry.
During his most recent years he has focused on risk analysis in the energy sector.
He has previous experience from commitments at the Institute of Metal Research as a research engineer, project engineer and investigator at the Department of Nuclear Inspections, Head of the metallurgical division at ÅF-IPK, chief consultant and Division manager at Fortum Teknik & Miljö, Division manager at ÅF Process AB and Ragn-Sells Miljökonsult AB.

 Henrik Norström, CIFO
Mr. Norström has 13 years of experience in Project Finance, specialized in development, negotiation and structuring of private infrastructure.
He has previous experience from ABB Equity Ventures, Adstring AB and Nova Eco. At ABB Mr. Norström was responsible for the development and financing of Termobahia CCGT, awarded “Deal of the Year – Latin American Project Finance 2001”. At Adstring, he has advised Nova Eco, a 300 MW WPP in Ukraine, on the financing structure.

 Niklas Ahlsén, CBDO
Mr. Ahlsén has a significant experience from analyzing and developing WTE and Biofuel projects, including both the technical and financial aspects as well as new business areas.
He is at EcoEnergy a part of the management team and responsible for the overall business development, including identification, analysis and strategic development of new business areas and projects. He has previously studied at the Royal Institute of Technology.
